Delicious ~ Try these easy appetizers for your next Holiday Party!

~ Christmas Cheeseball ~


You Will Need:

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
12 to 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
4 pecan halves
Chopped pecans
Directions:

Mix the cream cheese, grated cheddar, and dressing mix.
Form into one large ball or two smaller balls.
Roll in chopped pecans to cover.
Decorate the top with pecan halves.
Refrigerate at least a couple of hours
or overnight before serving.

Makes 1 cheese ball
